Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using HRSuite, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Description of Services
HRSuite provides cloud-based human resource management software including employee management, attendance tracking, leave management, payroll processing, recruitment, and related features. Services are provided on a subscription basis.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
4. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
5. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the platform. We are granted a limited license to process your data solely for providing the services. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.
6. Use Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software; use the services for illegal purposes; attempt to gain unauthorized access; or resell the services without written permission.
7. Service Level Agreement
We commit to 99.9% uptime for all paid plans. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. Credits may be issued for downtime exceeding the SLA threshold.
8. Limitation of Liability
HRSuite's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend services immediately for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your access will be revoked and data retained for 30 days.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, CA.
